NORTHERN CALIFORNIA HONDA DEALERS

In 2008 we pitched the Honda Dealers of Northern California– a regional group of over 70 Honda dealers with the campaign: “Ask Any Honda Driver”.  I was Associate Creative Director at the time. The campaign won the business and began a 10-year relationship that continues today.  The advertising for the Honda Dealers is a great example of an integrated advertising campaign.  Traditional and digital advertising, along with social outreach centered around monthly events which drive traffic . The relationship with the Honda Dealers has been very successful. Spending and sales have more than doubled since 2008.

EVENT TELEVISION

The first of three TV spots done for the campaign Go Small Get Big

which leveraged a ‘less is more’ trend in Northern California.

POINT OF SALE

Oversized 10’ foot pop-up banners plus poster. 

The former designed vertically to dramatically demonstrate ‘Get Big’.

ONLINE BANNERS

Animated and static banners were created.  The type animated to emphasize

‘GET BIG,’ along with wide angle photography.

PRESIDENTS’ DAY TELEVISION

Presidents’ Day is a big sales event for the Honda Dealers.  Washington and Lincoln,

as modern hipsters, bring an entertaining and fresh take to the event.

BLACK FRIDAY TELEVISION

You don’t need to fight the crowds to get a great deal on Black Friday.

At least at your Honda Dealers where there’s 14 Days Of Black Friday.

TACTICAL TELEVISION

While the Toyota Dealers were shouting ‘say yes to Prius,” the Honda Dealers

answered with “No, you don’t need drive a car shaped like a cheese wedge.”

BLACK FRIDAY TELEVISION

Black Friday is a good time to be a Honda salesperson.

But, with 14 Days Of Black Friday... well, you’ve got to pace yourself.
