RETOOLED. REFINED. REBORN.
Mazda makes a great car. Some years their car line is refreshed, new and exciting. Other years, in transition. This was more of a transitional period though they had couple models that were setting the tone with a “redesigned” message. Mazda never quite had the brand image strength that Toyota and Honda enjoy, but they still spent a lot of money on TV which created am an opportunity for me to extend my advertising experience in the car category.
Here are four television spots all done in one year. Each spot has a unique personality, not unlike the way each model does. There were several directors that shot each of these ads, all with RSA Films.
