EMERALD BOWL

THE BAY AREA’S ONLY COLLEGE FOOTBALL BOWL GAME

Around 2002 the first college football bowl game came to the Bay Area. It changed sponsors over the years and with it, the name changed: San Francisco Bowl, Emerald Bowl, Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl, Foster Farms Bowl and now the Redbox Bowl. The assignment was always to promote awareness and increase attendance. We had the account for over 10 years.

Not only did sponsors change over the years but so did the themes as shown in some of the examples below. A simple theme here: BIG.

LOCAL TELEVISION

While this bowl game does not have a huge media buy, it does have some local TV. Here’s a couple of spots we created for theme was “Incredibowl”.
